Our live practice sessions are offered on a donation basis and are open to all—from beginners to experienced practitioners.  We invite you to come practice with the kula and deepen your experience of traditional Kundalini Haṭha Yoga.

Donation-based Drop-in Session 

You are welcome to enroll in the practice sessions at any time. Our ongoing format allows students to enter at any stage and steadily deepen their study and practice within the community.

Pre-requiste: None. However, the free Way of Fire: Preliminaries Course is recommended. You can find it here: Kundalinī Hatha Yoga - Intro Course

Donation-based: $5–$20 recommended per class. Donations are split 50% to support the Practice Session teachers and 50% to TMY.

Live & Recorded: If you are unable to attend live, session recordings will be available through our Kajabi community platform.

What Is Kundalini Hatha Yoga?

Kundalinī Hatha Yoga is a spiritual body-practice—a path to realizing one’s True Nature through the conscious use of the physical body and its gross and subtle energies. By bringing body, speech and mind into unity and fully arriving in the present moment, the dormant energies of vitality, creativity, compassion, and joy within us are gradually awakened.

In a time when many lives are mired in tension, overstimulation, and depletion, the grounding and regulating effects of Kundalini Hatha Yoga are perhaps needed more than ever. While health cultivation is not the primary goal of the practice, it is a natural benefit that arises along the way. Bringing together the traditional elements of yoga practice—chanting, visualization, movement, breath and meditation—these bimonthly practice sessions are an opportunity to deeply recalibrate.

If you are new to traditional yoga practice, please note that time may not always allow for detailed explanations of all technical aspects of the practice. Participants are encouraged to follow along in a way that respects their own capacity, remembering that the true aim of yoga practice is the deepening of one’s awareness—something that does not depend on extreme flexibility or physical strength.
