The path to self-realization can be tricky without proper guidance, reflection and timely gems of wisdom from your Teacher. If you are a practitioner of Trika Mahāsiddha Yoga and would like personalized guidance on the path from a distance, we highly recommend participating in our online TMY Practitioner Cohort.
Personalized Guidance
Once a month you will meet with Dharma Bodhi live on Zoom for an open & unstructured class to discuss view teachings and receive guidance to deepen your personal practice. You will also receive opportunities to address any obstacles or struggles you may be facing on the path.
A Small Group Setting
This will be a closed group limited to 30 participants. We ask that you attend live as the class discussions will depend on student questions. If you need to miss a class, a recording will be provided.
